On the edge of the property is a private foot bridge that provides direct access to the Inn at Perry Cabin and a shortcut to all the shops, restaurants, museums and other attractions in the town.

Minutes away by bicycle, walking or car from Miles River Yacht Club, home of the Chesapeake Bay log canoe races.

Walking/biking times from the homes to the Inn are 5-10 minutes on foot/3 minutes by bike, into center of town (10 minutes/4 minutes), Yacht Club (10 minutes/5-7 minutes), Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum (10 minutes/5 minutes), Classic Motor Museum (20 minutes/10 minutes).

Bicycling to Oxford via the Belleview-Oxford Ferry is just a thirty minute ride, and in the opposite direction to Tilghman Island is 45 minutes or so – all with no hills!!

Public pool (in addition to pool next door at Yacht Club) is just 10 minutes away by bike.
