Governance

The community of The Homes at Perry Cabin is governed through its Homeowners Association (HOA).  Each unit has one vote. The HOA has a nine member board of directors.  Board members serve three-year terms, with staggered terms so that one third are elected each year.  Residents can also serve on community committees.  Clicking the links to the left will provide the specific governing documents.
